Return / Refund Policy

1. There are no refunds, transfers or deferrals allowed for entry fees.

2. Medal or T-shirt return/refund/exchange are not allowed unless defects of the product.

3. Any request of return/exchange must be submitted to our customer care service within 3 working days upon received of parcel together with a photo of defects and courier slip.

4. Return/exchange items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Any discolouration due to soaking will be ignored.

5. Return/exchange items which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be rejected and forfeited.

6. Return/exchange item is under buyer duty of care until it delivered to Z1 International. Buyer is recommended to insure against the return/exchange items. Buyer to keep the return/exchange items tracking no. and to notify Z1 International.

7. Z1 International to contact Buyer once received the returned item.

8. Z1 International to notify the Buyer with new tracking no. for the replaced item.

9. All the return/exchange items shipping cost to be borne by Buyer.
