What is a Virtual Run?
A Virtual Run is a race that you register online and can complete at your own pace, time and place – whether it’s outside or inside of your home.

Who is eligible to enter Runkawi Virtual Run 2021?
All Malaysians and non-Malaysians currently residing in Malaysia may participate as long as you are 10 years old and above in 2021.

Is Runkawi Virtual Run 2021 timed?
Runkawi Virtual Run 2021 is not a timed event. This is a 5KM and 10KM virtual run. Participants are strongly encouraged to run or walk at your comfortable speed and pace, at any time and any place while adhering to all prevalent physical distancing measures.

What if I am pregnant?
We absolutely encourage all activities which are beneficial to your overall health and wellness. However, as the health of each individual varies, please consult with your doctor for your best plan of action moving forward.

What happens if there is bad weather?
Not to worry as Runkawi Virtual Run 2021 is a virtual run where you may run anytime between 1 – 31 March 2021.
If there is bad weather and participants are unable to run under safe conditions, wait for good and safe weather before continuing to run and accumulate your distance.
A kind reminder to please follow prevalent physical distancing guidelines when you do your run.

What web or platform is Runkawi Virtual Run 2021?
This year’s run is slightly different as we are hosting our very first virtual run. To accommodate this virtual run, Runkawi Virtual Run 2021 will be using a web www.z1international.com.my (fully owned by the organiser) to ensure a seamless experience when participating in the run.

How can I register?
You can register here.

How do I make payment?
You can pay by credit card or debit card via e-GHL online payment portal on Z1 International page, which you will be directed to after completing the registration form.

I can’t seem to purchase my tickets using my Credit Card or Debit Card on the Z1 International page. What can I do?
Here are a few things that you can do to ensure you have a successful transaction:
• Ensure that you have enabled the ‘online transaction’ feature on the card that you are using to purchase the Runkawi Virtual Run 2021 tickets. You can verify this with your respective bank.
• Ensure you allow the pop-up feature on your web browser.
• Ensure you have a sufficient amount in your debit card before doing the transaction. If you still can’t purchase the tickets when using the same card, please try using another card to make the purchase.

Can I do bulk registration?
Yes, bulk registration is possible. However, you must have all teammates’ information available at the point of registration. Each group registration has a maximum of 12 participants. If you have more than 12 participants, please register again after your previous successful registration.

How will I know if my online registration is successful?
You will receive a confirmation email upon your successful registration, which will be sent to your registered email address. Your confirmation email will include the details of your purchase.

If I cannot make it for the virtual run, can I get a refund or withdraw/transfer/defer my participation?
All entries are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-deferrable.

Can I make changes to my personal particulars after confirmation of my registration?
Yes, you can make changes via email.

However, please note that names of participants and apparel sizes are final once registered and changes may not be made.
